DIRECT-CONVERSION RECEIVER PLUS DOUBLE SIDE BAND TRANSMITTER

 ALL THE COMPONENTS ARE  EASY TO FIND . OR USE ITS EQUIVALENT VALUES . I USED ETCHED PC BOARD TO MOUNTING THE COMPONENTS .THEN  ENCLOSED IT IN A BOX MADE FROM A DOUBLE SIDE PC BOARD. U CAN SEE IT IN THE PICTURE BELOW   (THE BROWN BOX) THE VC ROTATOR ARM CAME TO FRONT PANEL THROUGH A HOLE AT THE BOX AND THE PANEL SHEET. THE OUTPUT VIA A COAX AT REAR SIDE OF THE PC BOARD BOX TO THE RELAY .



THE VFO IN SIDE THE BROWN BOX. LEFT TO IT THE RECEIVER AND RIGHT TO IT THE TRANSMITTER THERE ARE TWO RELAYS ONE FOR THE VFO FREQUENCY AND THE OTHER FOR TX / RX FREQUENCY THEY ARE NOT SEEN AT THE PICTURE AS THEY BENEATH THE PRE SELECTOR FILTER AT THE BACK WALL.
ON THE LEFT SIDE : THE PRODUCT DETECTOR AND AUDIO FREQUENCY PREAMP ON RIGHT SIDE YOU CAN SEE THREE BOARDS THE FIRST ONE AT RIGHT SIDE  IS THE SPEECH AMPLIFIER TO LEFT  OF IT YOU CAN SEE THE BOARD OF DOUBLE SIDEBAND SUPPRESSED-CARRIER AND ON RIGHT LOWER SIDE IS THE LINEAR AMPLIFIER  BOARD .NOTICE HOW I USED THE COAX WIRE WITH JAKES TO CONNECT BOARDS TOGETHER THIS EXPLAINS THE HISTORY OF THE PROJECT !! YES A BLOCK AT A TIME. THEN CONNECT IT TOGETHER TO GET A BIGGER PROJECT .YOU CAN USE THE BOARDS FOR DEFERENT TASK AND PROJECT .  FOR SURE  DON'T USE  IT INSIDE YOUR PC. UNLESS    A FIRE HOSE NEAR U.
